Whether you live locally or are visiting the Basque Coast, our team can assess problems with iPhone, Samsung, Xiaomi, Pixel and many other smartphones and tablets. Start with a WhatsApp request: no booking is made until we confirm it.
3-month repair warranty
Service and parts availability depend on the device and diagnosis.
Diagnostic fee: €29 incl. VAT at drop-off
The €29 diagnostic fee is deducted in full from the final repair price if you approve the repair. It remains payable if the repair is declined or the device cannot be repaired.
Screen, battery, charging and camera repairs
Cracked glass, unresponsive touch, an ageing battery, an intermittent charger or a faulty camera can have different causes. We assess the device before recommending an intervention.
If the phone has been in contact with water, do not charge it to test whether it still works. Liquid damage requires a specific assessment, and a successful repair cannot be guaranteed.
How our repair process works
Choose your device, brand, model, issue and preferred location in the form. WhatsApp will open with a draft message for you to review and send.
We then confirm feasibility, price and parts availability. Biarritz visits require a confirmed appointment; Saint-Jean-de-Luz has a physical shop.

Is the diagnostic free?
No. The €29 incl. VAT diagnostic fee applies at drop-off and is fully deducted if you approve the repair. It remains payable otherwise.
Are repairs guaranteed?
Repairs come with a three-month warranty under the applicable conditions. Please check the terms for the intervention proposed.
