Phone and tablet diagnostic: €29
The €29 diagnostic fee is due when you leave a phone or tablet for assessment. We explain the conditions before taking charge of your device.
If you approve the repair
The entire €29 diagnostic fee is deducted from the final repair price when you accept the proposed repair.
If you decline or the device cannot be repaired
The €29 assessment fee remains payable for the diagnostic work performed. A repair is not guaranteed.
